We're delighted you're considering Villa Anali for your stay in beautiful Lovina.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to help ensure an enjoyable and relaxing experience for all guests. If you have any questions before making your booking, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Villa Anali.
A booking is considered confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 pm
Check-out: By 12:00 pm
If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us before your arrival. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If we are able to re-book your cancelled dates, we may offer a refund or booking credit at our discretion.
Occupancy
Villa Anali accommodates a maximum of six (6) guests unless otherwise agreed in writing before your arrival.
Only guests included in the confirmed booking may stay overnight at the villa.
Respecting Our Neighbours
Villa Anali is located within a peaceful residential community.
To help maintain the quiet atmosphere that makes Lovina so special, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Villa Anali is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
Electricity & Air Conditioning
Electricity is included in your stay.
We simply ask guests to use electricity responsibly by switching off lights, air conditioning and other appliances when leaving the villa.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Guests are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that all cigarette butts are extinguished safely and disposed of using the ashtrays provided to help keep the villa clean and enjoyable for everyone.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Respecting the Villa
Villa Anali has been thoughtfully prepared to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every guest.
We kindly ask that you treat the villa, its furnishings and amenities with the same care and respect you would your own home.
If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange repairs or replacements if required.
If something isn't quite right during your stay, please don't hesitate to let us know. We'll always do our best to resolve any issues promptly so you can continue enjoying your holiday.
Pool Safety
The swimming pool is private and exclusively for Villa Anali guests.
Please note the pool is unfenced, which is common in Bali.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the pool area.
Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay.
Villa Anali accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Force Majeure
Villa Anali cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, transport disruptions or other unforeseen events that may affect your stay.
